About Xavier

Ten years of helping people move better.

I have spent my whole life in gyms. For the past ten-plus years, I have helped people move with more ease and less worry. I take this work seriously, and I run my practice like a professional. Because that is what you deserve.

How I think

Your body is not broken. It's just well-practiced.

Your body gets good at whatever it does most. If it has practiced slouching for years, it slouches well. If it has practiced guarding an old sore spot, it guards well. That is not failure. That is your body doing its job.

My job is to give it something better to practice. Standing tall. Moving in every direction. Breathing well while you work. Do that steadily, and the better way becomes your way. It is not fast. It is built to last. I will take that trade every time. I think you will too.

And I will always tell you the truth. In your first meeting you will hear my honest read. Sometimes that includes "get a second opinion." Sometimes it includes "you don't need me yet." I would rather earn your trust than rush your wallet.

My training, in plain words

What the letters mean for you

Corrective Exercise Specialist

From the National Academy of Sports Medicine. This is advanced training in reading posture and movement, and in building plans to improve them. It is why doctors are comfortable sending clients my way.

Certified Personal Trainer

Also from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. The foundation: safe, smart training plans for any goal, from first workout to serious strength.

Sports Nutrition Coach

Also from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Simple food guidance that fits your real life. No supplement sales pitch. Ever.

Towson University graduate

Baltimore educated. Baltimore based. This practice is not a side hustle. It is my profession, and I run it like one.

Off the clock

Where you'll find me when I'm not coaching

On the water, mostly. I kayak. I swim. I'm working my way onto a surfboard. The way I see it, a strong body is not the goal. It's the ticket. It buys you long days outside, doing the things you love, for a lot more years.

That is the same deal I want for you. Whatever your version of the water is — the garden, the golf course, the grandkids, the trail — we train so you can keep showing up for it. And yes, there is always music on. Usually jazz house. You get used to it.

Working with me

What you can count on. Always.

  1. Honest timelines. Honest answers.

You will never hear a promise I can't keep. Real change takes months. I will show you the milestones so you can watch it happen.

  2. Your doctor, in the loop

For corrective clients, I ask your doctor to be involved — and I reward it with my best rate. More information makes better plans.

  3. On time. Prepared. Accountable.

Sessions start on time. Plans are written down. Progress gets tracked. Questions get real answers. You are hiring a professional. You will get one.
