We meet in person or on video. I listen. Then I tell you what I would do, in plain words. I will even tell you to get a second opinion first. A good plan can handle that.
We ask your doctor to join in.
For corrective work, I like your doctor to reach out to me. Then we all stay on the same page. It also drops your rate from $129 to $98 an hour.
We practice. Week by week.
We practice standing tall and moving well. A little at a time. With good breathing. Soon your body starts doing it on its own. That is the whole trick.
Straight talk
How long does it take? The truth.
Old habits took years to form. New ones take months to build. Anyone who promises a fix in two sessions is not being straight with you.
Weeks 1–4We learn how you move now
Months 2–6We practice better ways to move
Months 6–12Moving well becomes natural
New to this, with no old habits? Often 2 to 3 months. Deep old habits? Six months to a year, or more. There are no shortcuts. Just steady work that pays off.

The first meeting is always free. For corrective work, I ask your doctor to be involved. It keeps everyone on the same page. And it saves you money.

Common questions
Asked all the time
Will I be all better after one or two sessions?
You will feel a difference. You will stand and move with more care. But real change takes months of practice. I will always tell you the truth about that.
I have never been a "gym person." Is this for me?
Good. Most of my clients are not gym people. We do not lift heavy or rush. We practice everyday moves, at your pace. If you can walk in the door, we can start.
Is this physical therapy?
No. I am a certified trainer, not a physical therapist or a doctor. I do not diagnose or treat anything. I work best alongside your doctor. That is why I ask them to be involved.
Why does my doctor matter here?
Your doctor knows your history. That helps me plan better for you. And with a doctor's note, your rate drops from $129 to $98 an hour.
Where do we train?
Corrective exercise clients meet me at Coppermine Timonium. Personal training can happen at your home, or online.
Not ready to book? That's fine.
